In 1987, Yoshihiro Narita founded the first Kotobuki Restaurant in Hauppauge, NY. Since then, Chef Narita has expanded and opened his restaurants in Babylon, Roslyn, and NYC. To this day, he continues to be the main driving force behind Kotobuki’s vision, direction, and dedication to quality.
